Happy 3rd Week of Easter!  After a wonderful spring break, we have hit the ground running!  This weekend, many of our second graders received our Risen Lord in Holy Communion for the first time.  The rest of our second graders will be receiving their first Holy Communion over the next few weekends.  Congratulations to each one of them.

     The student body had the opportunity to go to the Regal theater to view the documentary movie about our millennium saint, Carlo Acutis.  The school took Carlo as the Patron Saint for the school year and has learned much about his life.  This was an amazing way to conclude their education about this amazing young man.  A huge thank you to our PTG, who made it possible for all of us to attend.

     This month, the students will conclude their after-school clubs.  The last day for each of the clubs are: Lego 5/19, Tech. 5/22, Chess Club 5/27, and Intramurals and Art club 5/29.  The children have had an amazing time in these clubs!

      Tours are still going on to see the amazing school that is our very own St. John’s Elementary School.  Some of the classes are near capacity.  So, if you are hoping to place your child within our school or are just considering it, now is the time to do it.  Call the school office to schedule your tour, 607-723-0703.
