We have reached the halfway mark of our school year. The students received their second-quarter report cards before the storm on Wednesday. We know that everyone enjoyed the day off in the middle of the week!

Even though it was a chopped-up week much went on in the halls of our school. The Tech Club met as did the Art Club, and Lego Club. Next week the Chess Club will resume. The students are learning the value of extracurricular activities and how they relate to their day-to-day schooling. Intramurals have also begun for the 4-6 grade students.

As the third quarter begins we look forward to many varied learning experiences from the Symphony to skiing. May you all have a peace-filledweekend.
