Another exciting week of learning at St. John’s School! The K and 1st grades had a wonderful time at Russell’s Farm a week ago. Last week, the school’s halls were filled with Halloween-themed artwork. Much
whispering about costumes and Halloween activities also filled the halls. The costumes exhibited during the Halloween parade ranged from spooky to superhero to precious princess costumes. Thank you to all the families who made the parties special for each class! Earlier in the week, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders visited the Children’s Science Museum in Ithaca. They had a wonderful learning experience tied to the Ocean. The activities were both fun and thought-provoking. It was a worthwhile trip and we are all thankful to the PTG that funded the activity for the students, as well as the parent chaperones who helped keep an eye on our precious students. Parent-Teacher Conferences are on November 21st. We look forward to meeting with our children’s parents. If you don’t have a designated time for your conference, contact the school.

Have a blessed week!
