If I’m just too busy?

Have you ever wanted to participate in a parish ministry but found yourself just too busy? Maybe it’s because you started a new job. Perhaps it’s that your free time is taken up caring for an elder parent or running your kids to dance lessons or a baseball practice. Whatever the reason, don’t despair.

The parish now has an easy way for you to participate in an important ministry. And the good news is that there are no meetings to attend or books to read. All that is required is for you to take a few moments to pray for the intentions brought forward each week. You could pray in the early morning while driving to work, during your lunch break or just before you retire for the night. Maybe you’d like to light a candle in
church and say a personal prayer to our Lord asking Him to heal those in need. The choice of prayer and time of prayer is up to you.
