This Sunday starts the holiest week of the year. We begin this week blessing and waving palms with the people of Jerusalem. We cry out “Hosanna in the Highest”. This cry quickly turns to thoughts of passion and death as we recall the Lord’s Passion and death. It is important for us learn the lesson that true glory comes only after we embrace the crosses of our lives. Let us spend some quality time with the Lord Jesus this week. Let us experience His love and forgiveness in the Sacrament of Reconciliation on Monday from 4:00 until 7:00. Let us prayerfully attend the Sacred Triduum in our parish this week and make our relationship with the Lord Jesus the MOST IMPORTANT thing in our lives this week. Let us walk with our Lord Jesus through His passion and death to experience the joy of His resurrection next Sunday.
